Group Exercise is a great place to get started, build a social support system, and reach your goals.
Pick the classes you want to take and be sure to sign up for the week. You can call as early as Sunday for the whole week (except for cycling classes. Those are 1 day in advance sign up only!)
NEW CLASSES
GOLDEN CIRCUIT - This is a beginner level class, for our golden age residents, that will focus on flexibility, stretching, balance and range of motion exercises. It will also include some strength and cardio movements.
CYCLING INTERVALS -Workout with a variable high to low intensity interval cardio program. Class will include challenging cardio segments on the bike.
FULL BODY STRETCHING - Spend 20 minutes stretching all major muscle groups from head to toe.
