Looking to get restarted on your workout program?
Group Exercise is a great place to get started, build a social support system, and reach your goals.
Pick the classes you want to take and be sure to sign up for the week. You can call as early as Sunday for the whole week (except for cycling classes. Those are 1 day in advance sign up only!)
We also have a NEW CLASS on the schedule this year!

THE GOLDEN CIRCUIT - This is a beginner level class, for our golden age residents, that will focus on flexibility, stretching, balance and range of motion exercises. It will also include some strength and cardio movements.

Congratulations to all residents who participated in the 5th Annual Bulle Rock Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day!
Preparing yourself for an event like a 5k takes commitment and dedication. We witnessed many of you training hard using our treadmill training programs and trekking on the community trails.
Several members raced to a top finish in their age group, some completed their first 5k event and others just enjoyed the challenging course on a beautiful morning. No matter what your goal, you finished and we applaud you!

Did you know the average person gains 1-2 pounds in weight during the holiday period from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day? Although 1-2 pounds doesn’t seem like that much, these small increases tend to accumulate into something that is hard to burn off later. Consider these 2 facts:

Staying active during the holiday season is crucial in order to maintain your current weight!
